Further support If you have any problems with the connection or setup of your wireless ‘N’ router and/or USB adaptor, our friends at Netgear will be happy to help. Simply call them on 0844 875 4000, select ‘Option 1’ (technical support) and then select the hidden ‘Option 4’, which Netgear have set up especially for Virgin Media customers. |
Re: VM Router Problem need contact
Thanks :)
My router keeps rebooting. Netgear said I need a new one. They told me to call VM so I did, VM told me it Netgear to send it out. So called Netgear back and Netgear calling me back, so I can give details to send replacement router. Router only 16 days old. |
Re: VM Router Problem need contact
When VM fault swap out the G routers it is done with the courier as 'I give you this new one - you give me the old one'

Re: VM Router Problem need contact
They say.
I need to send the one I got back they send me a new one, which takes 7 days or Pay £15 via the phone so they send me one and pick the old one. This doesn't seem right to me, as I said to him what do I do during the time without a router, as I need one and can't afford the second option |
Re: VM Router Problem need contact
Unfortunately if that is what Netgear say, that is what they say. VM can't do anything about it

Re: VM Router Problem need contact
Yes for the G routers they could
But for the 'N' routers it's Netgear only support at the moment |
