Need advice on install of 50mb
 

Hello all.
I need some advice, im geting 50mb installed on Wednesday 25th march. i still have cables installed in my flat from when i had there TV/BB theres a spilter installed on my wall.I told Virgin i took cables out when i left them the cable that is left is for the TV service, should i just leave it there & let the engineeer change the bit on the end of cable to work with BB service, or should i just get rid of cable & let them install a new one as im paying for installing service. thanks for any help advice.

If you want it in exactly the same place then leave them be...if they can use them they will otherwise they'll probably remove them themselves...

Dont want them to come in & just do a quick job & leave & it dos'nt work right, had there 20meg be for & it sucked, so want everything to be ok this time.
