How to cancel windows live messenger subscription?
 
just downlaoded it from virgin,
first 6 months free but in my settings it says auto renewal which is £2 a month.
how do i change this so it doesnt renew?
its a nokia 5220

Try and find a customer support number if you can as the email response time was ridiculous last time i used it.

I would actually say to contact Virgin Mobile customers services

some emails today were answered within 30mins

I also downloaded instant messenger and then phone virgin cs to see how to cancel it and was told that if i didn't use it after the 6 month trial i wouldn't get charged, this was also verified by a supervisor

well they told me that when it is about to run out i will get a text message notifying me to cancel it if i dont want it,
it will run on automatically unless i cancel it
