Way to go Virgin Media Internet !

Well I'm not one for giving praise but that last 36hrs have seen extraordinary changes in the quality of my broadband.
Typically I experience packet loss everyday on VM, no matter what. I monitor this 24/7/365 and can actually anticipate the time of day when to 'avoid' using the service ! Yes it has been that bad. However, just look at the attached charged which shows very little packetloss. Again I ask ... " What's changed ? "... my VM broadband has good days and bad days. nothing i can do about it.
