the first one is really unusual cuz the perp actually fled and so far has got away

Well that's a bit of a relief. When I read first that he had escaped into town I was dreading the carnage to continue.

Well the initial 2 killed went to 9, then 10 and now the figure stands at 15 :(

The 15 total doesn't include the gunman himself so I suspect the police shot him before he could kill any more.
