V+ Recording Sky Box Office. Can it be done?

Simple as that really, can V+ be used to record Live Events on Sky Box Office? I'm guessing the answer is no. Happy to pay for a certain live event coming up in April but is on way too late for me and the repeats are awkward times!

im guessing its WM25? no unfortunately you cant record it, but you can watch it in the morning at 9am

Yeah it is WM25. I'm at work the next day and usually watch the 9pm repeat of PPVs but unfortunately as WM is 4 hours long the last repeat of an evening is usually 6pm.

What if you leave the box on the PPV channel and pipe the output to a PVR or DVD recorder... would that work?
