Athlon 6000 AM2+ 2MB L2 Cache settings

Can someone tell me what the correct HT settings are for this chip as my bios doesnt have an Auto setting.

Currently set at
CPU <-> MCP 55 HT Speed 5x
CPU <-> MCP 55 HT Width 16 down and 16 up.

from amd. Both the 125w and 89w are the same
