hiding channels from guide
 

Is it possible to hide certain channels from the guide?

On other PVRs i have used, the favourites system is part of the guide, but on the V+ box it seems to be a separate entity that is of little use to me.

I have no interest in music channels and obviously do not want to see any channels that I have not subscribed to, but there is no obvious way to remove them.

No you cannot hide channel from the main guide - apart from the adult channels

You can view a standard guide, populated with only your favourite channels, by pressing Home then Fav. What you can't do is change the list used for the mini guide, or the channels you flick through when pressing channel up/down.
