black screen after reboot

hi yesterday my V+ box just gave a black screen even after reboot, cant change channels or anything, just displays the time an thats about it...are they doing updates for the V+ service or something? all other boxes(not V+) in the house are fine and internet is fine too.

The same thing happened to mine, they had to give me a new one
