Distinctive ringing feature?
 

Hi,

I have been trying to get VM to add the distinctive ringing feature (where you get two numbers on the same line, each with a different ringing signal) all weekend.

I've spoke to about 10 different people between scotland and mumbai and none of them new what I was talking about. However, it clearly tells me in my user guide that I can have this feature. When I tell them to look at the user guide on their site, they find it, tell me the don't know what it is and pass me to someone else!

Has anybody actually managed to get this feature - I think it's only available in London and Yorkshire but not 100% sure.

The feature has been withdrawn and that feature guide is out of date
