v+ no guides. no recordings. nothing.
 

All of a sudden my V+ box has no guides.
I cannot access interactive or my recordings.

I have tried resetting and also unplugging the box for a couple of hours.

I'll be GUTTED if I lose the content I have recorded.

I have changed the batteries and the box seems to change channel but with no menus.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I just gooogled for v+ no menu and i got

which is weird as the search i used here found nothing..

any hoo the scart was in the wrong slot, i forgot that i switched scart leads this morning whilst cleaning up the wires behind the tv.

DOH!!!!

The inbuilt search on this forum will only recognise words greater than three characters. It's a limitation on the database and forum software. Hence the google links at the bottom of the page to give users a greater option.
