Vista start menu - alternative

Vista Start Menu is the convenient alternative to the plain Start menu you find in Windows XP and Windows Vista. The program uses your cognitive abilities (visual memory, reflexes, etc.); however, while it is easily understandable for beginners, it is also highly efficient for experienced users.

Seems pointless to me after I saw the demo
If I'm going to use a program that often I make a shortcut for either the desktop or the quicklaunch bar :/

I TAKE IT BACK , had a play before uninstalling and it works well also ,and this might just be me but i swear the programs are launching quicker when i launch from this as opposed to a desktop shortcut
