Using more than one data file on Outlook 2007
 

I want to use more than one data file on Outlook.

I created a new one and wanted to set it as default but when i do it keeps saying that its going to move the inbox and any other folders to the new one.

All i want is the inbox.

If you have multiple .pst files in your Outlook profile, make sure that your default delivery location is still correct after you complete the preceding steps. The default delivery location is the data file where new messages will appear in the Inbox.
