Norton Anti-Virus removal

My dad bought a laptop (Vista Ultimate) that came with NA, but knowing the problems that this can cause I told him not to install it.

Instead we installed Avast.

But everytime he turns it on we get the Norton install screen, I can't find anywhere to stop this dam screen from loading.

Should I just unstall the program or will this cause any problems?

Msconfig? or uninstalling it should work.

Norton removal tool try it if not use msconfig and untick the appropriate 1

Yep, you will def need the Norton tool to get rid of it - very nasty clingy software!
