V+ Guide - No programme information
 

hi

anybody else having a problem with their TV Guide (mini and main) not displaying any programme information today?

I've turned the V+ box power off a couple of times but no success (it boots up ok). Not sure if it's my V+ box or a system issue.

it sounds like there have been quite a few issues on V+ boxes recently, I hope these issues are being sorted out quickly nationally. It makes me nervous to read about a number of things not working on V+ boxes when im due to get one soon...

don't panic, this does'nt seem to be a major problem....

I've had V+ for probably a year now and it's been good, really pleased with it. Only had one major V+ box problem which was eventually replaced, so no regrets with signing up to the service.

Sometimes, after a reboot, my V+ takes a while to get all the epg guide again. It'll probably appear within an hour. ;)

hey woking, did this problem start 2day (sunday 22nd feb 2009) for u ? if so im having the same issue. the guide is fine up until midday next sunday then after that all it says is No Programme Information.

it usually updates itself by @ least 12.30pm but 2day has failed 2 do so.

i even tried re-bootin the box twice but no joy. its now 4.30pm + its still the same.

i tried phonin but as usual got punted through 2 india + they were hopeless as always.
