Modem Keeps Disconnecting
 

My blue NTL modem keeps disconnecting everyday. I reset the modem and the router to which it's connected to, but it still doesn't work. It will only work when I connect the modem direct to my laptop then connect the modem back to the router. I have to do this every day for the last week or so, it was working fine before. I even tried changing the router Channel Number...
