Youtube on iphone (possibly another Warrington Issue)

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone based in the Warrington Area is on the 20mb service and has an iphone?

When accessing the Youtube service on the iphone through my Belkin F5D8233-4v3(01) the search will come back "Youtube Service Unavailable"... although videos will play if i search on 3g and switch to wireless and play them.

Is anyone else having the same problem? it works fine on 3G and over my mates wireless so its either the Router or the Connection.

I have ammended the proxy for the Iphone to go through webcache.virginmedia.com and the DNS on the router goes through OpenDNS which has helped with all the other problems. I am weary to think it is a Router issue considering we have had proxy/DNS issues for over a week now (truely shocking service by Virgin!)!

So if anyone in Warrington has a similar setup can they give it a test to see how it goes?

Ta!

Just had a quick check and it seems to be doing the same for me. If i'm connected wirelessly its just got 'loading' if i try through 3G its works fine. Not tried it through the Proxy, i'll try that out later on.

I'm in Warrington and just gone onto XXL. There's seems to be a lot of issues in Warrington at the minute. For me it started last Sunday so its over a week now. I'm getting slow download speeds too.

Ignore the slow download speeds, i seem to be back at about 44-45mb wireless.
