returning a phone to virgin
 
my nokia 5220 is so faulty,
restarting,loudspeaker problems and now has frozen.
i have had enough of this and want to return it,
thing is will virgin media take it because i dont have the original packing for this anymore.

i bought it 2 weeks ago via virginmobile websiite.
and i also have the invoice

Call them up, they don't take the packaging back, they send a courier with the phone in a small plain box. He gives you that and takes yours.
They don't even take the battery, just the phone.

I've returned about 5 phones this year and they've been great. Each replacement was delivered the day after I phoned.

Then they demand the original packaging that it came in, call them and ask them.

its still outside in the bin,
but its abit ripped,
nothing too major but just the side is abit ripped
