vodafone mobile cut off
 
hi guys i have an old voda pay as you go mobile which i have not used for a while but it must have been disconected because it wont pick up the network when i turn it on. I have £20 credit on the phone and i still want to use it. Is there any way i can get it connected again?

As for the connection, vodafone customer services should be able to sort this out for you.

My mother in law didn't use her mobile for ages and had the same thing happen to her.

From memory, mobile phones that haven't been used (a charged call for instance, or topped up) for 6 months are automatically disconnected from the network. The only way to get it re-connected is to take it to a store and see what they say, or ring customer services from a landline.

And they dont usually refund customers.............
