VM + Other ISP Censoring Wikipedia

It appears that VM and other UK ISP's are censoring Wikipedia. Znet, Slashdot and other news sites are reporting that the IWF have added pages on the site to its blacklist.

http://community.zdnet.co.uk/blog/0,...331777b,00.htm

The story is revolving around the cover art of an album by The Scorpions, which has been available in the UK since the 1970's.

Is this type of censorship acceptable? Should the IWF review what it conciders images of child sexual abuse? Have the IWF over stepped the mark? Should VM comply with the IWF's judgments? Should Amazon and other online music retailers be blocked also?
