just been on with tech and at last told the truth

belfast areas mine is bt36 are on a reduced service of a max of 5mb im gettin 1-3 max between (9pm and 12).all other times 14mb

was given £15 rebate as im payin for 20,:mad:

when i asked when this will be back to normall was told unable to comfirm and there is changes taken place ?what that may be they would not say

so go get your refunds that might speed them up sorting it
