I think ive found the problem its my latency
 

Looking at my speedtests they show latency at 17ms when everything was fine a year ago. Then it went to 21ms and still good speeds then it went to 570ms and now its 1253ms. Is there any way to improve latency or is my line just getting worse and worse.

Have you phoned Virgin about it, its obviously a fault. (Assuming youve tested everything your end)
