Where's Demand 5?
 

I recently had Virgin TV and phone connected as I was using their BB and had to do something about getting digital TV before they stop analogue transmissions.
I am on size M. and I cannot find any reference to Demand 5. It has BBCiPlayer, 4 on demand, ITV 1, 2 and 3, Virgin 1, Bravo, Living. But no demand 5.
I have rung Virgin, but nobody there can tell me if I should be getting it, or what size I would have to take to get it.

If size M doesn't carry Demand 5, I might just as well have bought a freeview box that did have it.

Can anyone of you nice people tell me what size carries Demand 5?

programs from five are not on the Virgin on demand service.

Nor are programs from ITV

Both are decisions by the channels not to provide content to Virgin.

Freeview does not have any on demand services, so 'Demand 5' would not have been on that either (nor would the BBC iPlayer, 4 on Demand, or any content from Bravo/Living etc)

The only way you can get missed Channel 5 programmes is to go to their site and pay to download them...

I knew someone here would know the answer.
As it happens, I can get Demand five on my computer so all is not lost, it would just have been nice to have had it on the TV.

I think after a short career the band decided they were not very good and went their seperate ways lol ;)

Hasn't Five's demand thing launched/is launching on BT Vision. Anyway that is the only other place. It may indicate a move to VM one day, but it could be a long way off (couple of years away).
