Modem configuration

I was wondering if the settings in my modem are correct. Can someone check them for me please?

I have the Motorola SurfBoard:

Software Version: SB5100-0.3.1.3-SCM00-NOSH
Hardware Version: 3
MIB Version: II
GUI Version: 1.0
VxWorks Version: 5.4

Looks just like mine do, and I have the same modem.

Alright thanks.

Also, is there any way to help improve my latencies for online gaming?

Heard you can ask VM to lower the first one after your modem or something. Is this true?

Re: Modem configuration

My Signal to Noise ratio is now 38Db (-1)

And the Power Level is 42Db (-1)

Is this normal?

Also, my modem is pinging at 30ms and above, plus time outs fairly often. Resetting it didn't help.

Bandwidth tests show my connection running at 7.5MB/s instead of 10MB too.
