Strange thing happen this morning at roughly 03:22am
 

Did anyone else on ADSL connecting via a Netgear Router in the Rotherham/Doncaster area experience an error that lasted about 3 or 4 minutes where the Internet light on the router turned red then went off completely?, it then came back on, i'm a little puzzled by this so if anyone did experience it I would appreciate if you could post here.

most likely just a network glitch. these things happen i wouldnt worry about it !

Sounds like you lost service for a few minutes. Could have been some work going on in the exchange, or elsewhere on the network.

Aliens intefering with the signal most likely.
If this happens again keep track of the little red lights and the order they appear in. It might be a code.

Do you have Sky TV? as I have been told that the box reporting back to Sky can cuse the connection to drop.
