Internet Service Still Down

My internet service is still down, im in the Liverpool area. Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

Hi, mine went down as well but I noticed I could still use skype so I thought it might be something to do with the proxy server webcache.virginmedia.com so I switched my browser to not using the proxy server and hey ho it worked.

Might be wrong but I guess they switched the proxy server off or its broken.

Mine and my friends were borked from about 12 and it came back on around 4ish.
