UBR
Is it possible to find out what UBR you will be on based on Location such as street address?
Because i want to see if i will be on an overloaded UBR, sorry i don't know much about this. |

Click on connection at the top of the page, this will tell you your ubr.

Thanks to Spiderplant i have found that i will be on a fairly heavily loaded UBR and that i should expect a bit of a slow down in the evenings.
The UBR isnt on the list for needing an upgrade so it shouldnt be that bad. I also live in the area where they were trialling the 50mbps service. |

How can you tell if your UBR is overloaded,after you click on connection ?

You need to ask a friendly member of VM staff here, or on the virginmedia.support.broadband.cable newsgroup.
