Hi guys this is Tracerting the BBC from Scotland....
any ideas why hop 2 (the 10.xx.xx.xx) has a large jump to it going from the router (hop 1 WRT54G with DDWRT Firmware)

Btw im Wired to the router.

im finding webpages to take a bit longer than usual to load.. but unusually its making me think its the pc.. my pc is 100% clean.
IE seems to be hesitating a bit.. and my laptop which is wireless appears to be doing it too...

my net con is spot on. downloading at 2.36Mb/S no problem.. infact solid for 3 hours there.. iv exited everything and cant seem to get to the bottom of it.

the wireless is protected etc..

any advice would be much appreciated :D

oo also.. its taking quite a bit of time to bring up the hop names when doing a tracert.

for EG the first one to take its time is the modem.. (hop 2)
then it sticks on hop10 which is a 212 and also hop 11 also a 212

tracerting there gave me 7 ms to the modem lol.. something not making sense here
