e mail account acsess

hi i need to no how to acsess a e mail account on a second computer the e mail account is outlook express pop3 is this hard to to as i am hpopless with computers? thanks

Go to the website of the ISP of who you are with.
Eg. Virginmedia.com

Follow the instructions as per the page below but input the settings relevant to your ISP:
