Not receiving mail in outlook express..Why ?
 

Had to reset my Pc. I can send mail from outlook but not receive any.

In my virgin media account I can send and receive ok.

I have my settings as.. pop3.ntlworld.com and smtp.ntlworld.com

What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance. Tony.

Hi Tony. It would help to have the text of any error message that is shown.

try pop.ntlworld.com not pop3

Thanks for the welcome and quick replies.

I do not get any error messages and I think I tried omitting the 3.

I will give it another go when I get home from work.
