Wording in T&C's of 2 packages
Hi
over a month ago, i had BB:XL, TV:L and Phone:M I have recently downgraded to the 3 for £30 package (which starts in October) But i come across another offer on the VM website - Sweet 16, offers the same as the 3 for £30 but with 10Mb BB. Reading the T&C's am i right in thinking its available to new and existing customers Sweet 16 - http://allyours.virginmedia.com/webs...ct.do?id=15157 3 for £30 - http://allyours.virginmedia.com/webs...ct.do?id=11039 I was denied the sweet 16 offer when i called up, as they said it was ONLY available to NEW customers:td: Unless i've misread/misinterpretated it, both packages appear to be for new and existing customers. What do other people think? Thanks |
Re: Wording in T&C's of 2 packages
Sweet 16 excludes the monthly phone cost and generally speaking under the terms and conditions link packages are available only to new customers or those existing customers taking extra services.
