SNMP + Surfboard 5101E

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a preferably free, easy to configure SNMP Client for windows?

My Surfboard is NOT on the VM network, and yes, i know, these cannot be looked at.
Mine is in Oslo :p: on Get.no broadband.

Docsdiag keeps telling me Cable modem not found, oddly, and PRTG is annoying! (and i can't configure it)

Maybe it's disabled on that Modem too?
