What would you choice be if you had to pick the team, I am fairly impressed with the choices made but few changes I would make are owen to start and have heskey with him or rooney to start with wallcott

What would you do?

Wouldn't play Lampard and Gerrard together and would give Becks the heave ho. Wouldn't really want to play David James, his haircut isn't exactly aerodynamic! :)

Beckham needs to be in the team as the last goal he was the maker of it or atleast one of the last goals gerrard and lampard I agree with

Dont know what Robert Green has to do to get picked, he was probably the best in the league last year, certainly far better than anyone English

I would play Paul Robinson, but then I'm Scottish:D:D and Cartlon Palmer in midfield, Carlton Cole up front....

Well, along with my best mate I didn't renew my England fans membership after the Euro 08 campaign failure. I wasn't happy that they appointed Steve McLaren, a complete mistake, and the utterly awful displays they have been putting out since the end of the last World Cup completely put me off the whole setup.

There's something wrong with the England team at the moment and the new manager can't fix it. If you look at some of the players we have, we should be crapping on a lot of teams, but we don't, we struggle to a draw or narrowly beat them. Next opponent, Andorra. Well, last time they only just managed to beat them through a monumental effort from Gerrard trying to get them playing. The first half was dire. I don't hold out much hope for thrilling football on Saturday to be honest. Up until the end of the Euro 08 campaign I hadn't missed attending an England match for about 5 or 6 years, but I'm not sure if I'll even watch them on TV this week.

You seen Cole play this season, he is on fire, certainly doing a lot better than Heskey
