Error Codes
 

Greetings,

First atempt at a new thread, have found it all new and strange. Unless I try I will not find out what it is all about.

I have recently transferred from a windows 98 system to a lap top, not quiet sure what all the set up's are on it. Moving from a dial up NTL service to a broad Band. Have managed to take two former web address's to new system. One refuses to register on new set up. I keep getting pop up card asking repeatedly for user name and pass word. Multi checked this. I am not setting up the process wrongly? So logicaly I need to look down a list of error codes to establish what is going wrong. For example Error number 0x800CCC92. is one that keeps comming up.

Where can I locate a listing of error codes so I can work out what the problem is? Please. Thank you.

0x800ccc92 is basically "password rejected". It could be the username thats wrong as well.
