Gaming issues

Hello
On on 20mb connection, And allthough im getting full speed, My ping on online games jumps from 30(During the day) to 90ish at night with alot of annoying spikes. Is this a problem my end or is it a common problem? Would appreciatsome help cheers.

it may have something to do with the routing the server that you are on post on the newsgroups and see what they say
