STM`d outwith hours
 

I have just started downloading a set of files from a newsgroup at 9:20pm this evening & end up being managed by 9:30pm! Admittedly I have been watching p2p videos all evening but have been careful to remain within VM`s stated limits by constantly checking my connection using DUmeter.

Not a happy camper regarding this at all, what is the point in giving false information about your STM policy VM? :mad:

That jump to Bethere is getting closer by the day due to your lackadaisical treatment of your customers. FFS 5 more hrs of this!

Report it in the Virgin Media support newsgroups with results from dumeter.
If STM'd incorrectly they will raise it as a fault for you.

I had that happened to me once and never again well come to think about it I dont download as much as I used to.

Reporting in it will help as the newsgroup support are normally great
