Cable Modem being installed

So far I've had BB through the STB.Tomorrow I should be getting a new Cable Modem installed..

What should I do in preparation?I have a wireless router and my son has set up the XBox 360 for XBox live..Should I remove all these before the engineer turns up?

I'd say to leave it all in place. The engineer will just unplug the ethernet cable from the STB and into the SACM - simple!

Might need to reboot the router but otherwise it should be an easy straight switch :) See if you can check its working before the engineer leaves :)
