DG834N question
 
this might be a silly question but ld like to asking it anyway..

l have a DG834N modem/router and hopefully l wish to transfer my contract over to cable (temporarily) because ld be going back to DSL some point instead of getting new hardware l wanted to know how to configure the DG834N to route through eithernet onto wireless.. lm told its possible.

I think you can connect the modem to one LAN port of the DG834N & a PC to another. You'll then have internet access but for only one PC/Laptop at a time...

was hoping to use the wireless... altho it maybe possible that they will go directly into the room that l'll be staying in which would be a plus.. then ld go and directly wire myself in...

basically one system will be connecting if l can put Ethernet into port one and somehow access the net via it using the wireless then lm sorted altho somehow ld have to route through the router to the modems IP somehow...
