PC > [Ethernet] > Router (LAN Port)
Router (WAN Port) > [Ethernet] > Cable Modem Don't forget to turn everything off and then power back up in the following order, leaving a 5 minute pause between powering on devices): Cable Modem Router PC Once you got the Internet connection working correctly via a wired connection (and the router secured) you should be able to just disconnect the Ethernet cable between PC and Router and connect via the wireless. :welcome: to Cable Forum by the way :D ---------- Post added at 17:50 ---------- Previous post was at 17:48 ---------- Also..... You shouldn't need a disc to go with the router, no drivers are required. |
