 faulty sky + i hope someone will be able to help sort my problem with my box.its an amstrad 3100,which ive had for about 3 yrs poblem free,but now i cannot record,pause or even view my exsisting recordings.can"t view my listings when i press the green button,all that happens is a PLEASE WAIT message on screen.anyone any ideas,still hav all my sky channels. |

 Re: faulty sky + You can reformat the HD but you'd lose your existing recordings. I no longer have sky + but I did do this once although I don't think my box was an amstrad.  1. Press Services 2. Press 4 3. Press 01 then Select 4. Press 8 (Housekeeping) Wait a few minutes and it should be OK. If not you're on the phone to Sky who'll tell you it's £65 for an engineer.  Re: faulty sky + Tell them to get on there bikes, join Virgin, V+ lets you record 2 programmes at the same time at my end! Unless your happy with your existing service. |
