Hi everyone

Hopefully I am not posting in the wrong place.

I've called Virgin Media a number of times. Three dwellings have been built behind an existing plot. There is cable access from road to main dwelling but because the others are new houses they are not coming up.

They keep putting me through to automated message for spotters but I haven't had any call back and need provisioning asap.

Is there a number where you can speak to someone/

No.

Also from what you have said, because it is extra properties, it is very unlikely you will get them serviced.

Bascially the only time Virgin will service a new build is if it is a straight swap. One House for one house.

Flat conversions and new roads most of the time won't be cabled.

Lady from Virgin suggested ordering to main property address and when engineers arrive point them at the house behind?

Won't work. If the ducting for number 1 goes to number 1, the installers won't move it.

That would mean providing incorrect details for your credit check - An offence
