I fail to see how they are racist, There is a question about if Scots should be able to vote on English only matters. However, Having Scottish people in government is not racist..

Discriminating in favour of Scots when it came to selecting candidates for elections would be racist, and there's no accusation of that. As for selecting the Cabinet along representative lines, that's completely ridiculous for mathematical reasons, with only 23 seats available you've only got to split the country into 24 areas to have no way to represent them all.

Altogether I'd be much more in favour of discriminating in favour of people with actual talent in the Cabinet, but there's not much chance of that. Don't want to show up Mr. Brown, do we?
