Very Slow Browsing In Birmingham Area
 

hello,

i was browsing/downloading all day...then 2pm came my torrents were still downloading full speed but browsing became UNBEARABLE i couldnt even load up a site without waiting 10-18 minutes...its still slow as i type this...anyone else having the problem? is virgin clear about this?

i cant check the site or anything as its VERY slow...even timesout half the time...

p.s :- torrents are downloading at 268kb/s when im supposed to be on 4mb...not stm.

These are the only exchanges with faults at the moment.

If you do not come under one of these and you are using torrents I think you may need to run a few scans to check your system.

Or I know you are downloading at the moment but a reboot of your modem often brings your speed backup.Unplug the modem for 1 minute then replug power in.
