hey guys, my sister got virgian tv & net installed tod, tv channels are good, as 4 the pc :erm: well al she gets is when tryn to insatall the net is......... please type your post code , when you do that, says it cant find details ? any of you very very clever men out there HELP plzzzzzzzzzz ?? bye the way, the engineers didnt leave any insulation disc, please help :)

tell your sis to go to http://autoreg.ntlworld.com (I think) and then she can set her modem up.

Make sure the modem was switched on first and left for approx 30 seconds and then the PC was switched on.

As Doc Dutch says, point the browser to the address provided.
Actually, It should redirect to that address whatever site is entered.

ty so much for the reply, as i said, i cant get no browser to point, all my sis got on her screen is,,,,,,,,,enter post code ? when ive done that, it says invalid post code, no further options ?

You need to call Tech Support as this is an ongoing issue and only they can get you online.
