Internet keeps going down????????????????
 

Hi i live in the nottingham area Radford, and my internet connection keeps going down, it used to be once a week but now its everyday now for like 8hours or so, im suprised its on now lol.
I can't ring the help line because i dont have a home phone just a mobile, and ringing the 090 number on that is like £2 a min. And to ring em for them to say restart the modem and do a ipconfig renew , ping etc Ive done that so many times and it dont do a darn thing.
When it goes down the (ready)light on the box comes off and the sync light flashes constantly.

I am absolutely sick of it now, why pay for broadband when it dont work half the time. Its nothing to do with my pc because it goes down when i am not even on the damn thing so whats the deal here?
