4mb to 10 mb page?

Hello all :)

I'm on 4 meg and should be getting that 10 meg free upgrade soon.
Just wondering if someone can direct me to the page where i can check the status please?

Thanks :)

Plus another question.
I just got my billing papers from vm through the post just now, but it's all changed.
It says.
You're services

Balance brought forwardc #0.00
Service charges #25.00- which is correct as i pay #25.00 a month.
Then on another page it has totl service charges #25.00
and under that it say's advance charges 25.00???????
Wtf is this advance charges?
Plus under that it says broadband l , but I'm on bb 4mb which is bb m is it not?
Anyway just hope some1 can clear this up for me please?
And If i have been charged #25.00 for this "alledged" free upgrade, they can stick it up there, you know what, as I'm not paying for something they said is free.

4Mb is L - that's what I'm on.

Given that sometimes they (and not just Virgin) have to go overboard on detail for a bill, what's the total charge of the bill? Is it possible that the wording has changed to specify that the charge each month will relate to the next month?
