No TV ST9 Stoke on Trent
 

Has anyone else got problems in stoke on trent with no TV?

At about 4pm lost picture and sound, and the online light just keeps on flashing on my V+ box.

Called tech support who said they will send an engineer out, but cant get one until thursday due to my work commitments.

It looks to me like its not a problem with the box but the signal to it.
Just wondered if anyone else was having the same problem and if it was a outage or not?.

Looking at the service status page, a ticket has been raised for ST8 area for TV, and broadband.

My broadband and phone line is still working fine, its just the TV thats got the outage.

never had any services that worked in Stoke, good luck tho.
