Problems with V+ films and catch up on demand
 

Hi there
I'm new to this forum
But just wondered if anyone was having the same problems as me.

Everytime we buy a film or try to watch programmes on catch up on demand, the programme begins but is all fuzzy and distorted. Is this just me or has anyone else had these problems?

? are you trying to record the program/film ? also have you got your receiver connected to your vcr/dvd recorder ?
