new bill they ripping me off?

hiya

Had Direct Debit for internet... and phone TV postal bill each month. Now they are stopping Net D/Debit...which was £18 and went out 16th May...now new bill I have got and net charges are on there, and payment by 2nd June..isn't this two lots in one month for net...?

I did phone and they told me it will balance out...doesn't appear like it does it..so even if next bill has to be paid 2nd july after first one with all fees on...that is still three payments in six weeks of internet

I was in the same boat - when I got my consolidated bill, I had credits for part of the previous month BB.

It all balanced out.

Re: new bill they ripping me off?

yesh, if your first one ws from 16th to fiftenth, on the next bill you wll get a charge from the 2nd to the first. they will the applt a credit for the days of the 2nd to the 15th, thus meaning you won't have paid for those dates twice.
from then on you will just be paying the normal amount each month, just at a different time of the month.
