what happens if a technician doesn't show
 
Hi all got somebody due out between 8 and 12 this morning as had no internet since thursday, what happens if they dont turn up ??

Or can i phone to check its still booked ?

If he doesn't show they owe you £10.

If they don't turn up you can call and be stroppy.

You can call to check that the engineer is still booked, yes.

He might be running late most techs will call to tell you that we are on the way .Have you checked that the call has been booked ? there has been a number of jobs that have not been booked .:)

Yes he did and fixed the problem for me :) I was just wanting to get some drinking time in before the cup final started :)
